Job Description
Responsibilities
o Understand operating procedure for all tools and equipment in department
o Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment
o Deburr, grind, and polish metal parts using lathes and hand tools
o Lift moderate to heavy parts and regulate the amount of pressure applied
o Perform regular in-process quality inspections with precision tools, to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications
o Maintain job log of units produced
o Clean machine after each run
o Perform basic adjustments and routine maintenance
