Program Details
The Manufacturing Careers Internship Program (MCIP) provides young adults an opportunity to earn money while gaining first-hand knowledge of careers in manufacturing and related industries. This opens the door to a stable, high paying career.
- Deliver personalized employment and career counseling
- Help target resumes and strengthen interview skills
- Provide work readiness training, paid internship, job placement, and retention support
- Offer OSHA Safety Training & Forklift Operation and Safety Certification
- Supply work boots, tools, transportation and other work-related items
- Access to job-related and career training grants
- Career Exploration in high growth, high demand industries
- Life Skills Training
- Transportation Allowance
