Hydraulic Teardown - Perfection Servo

Job Description

Hydraulic Teardown is responsible for tearing down all hydraulic jobs that come in for repair.

Job Duties

• Disassembles mechanical components in a timely manner
• Directs any questions regarding unit to assigned technician
• Paints and packages finished products, if needed
• Keeps teardown, prep and paint areas clean and organized
• Performs assigned shop maintenance
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion

Experience Required

Education or experience: Possession of high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): N/A

Required skills:
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools
• Ability to use acetylene torch when needed
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to use hydraulic presses
• Mechanical aptitude/ability

Additional Information

• Must be 18 or older
• Hours 7:00am-3:30pm
• Regularly required to stand, sit, bend and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced shop environment
• Ability to use a forklift is a plus
• 40-50 hours per week, overtime may be required
